Need 240v installed for vehicle charging

I need an experienced electrician to install a 240v (50amps) to our garage for car charging. Review the panel and determine whether there are any available circuits. There was already pre-existing wiring but has been disconnected. Will need to assess whether we can use that line or run a new one. I can pick up the parts but just need to know what I need. This will be unlicensed work and will pay cash.
