Apartment Building Maintenance Technician We are looking for a Maintenance personnel for our properties, working under the Maintenance Supervisor. Responsibilities included but not limited to: Make units Market rent ready in a timely manner. Units Interior Painting plumbing small electrical jobs Some carpentry Exterior Check the pool PH/chemical balance Clean up the dumpster areas Break down garbage as needed to fit into dumpsters Check grounds for debris and dispose of Laundry room clean up Good communication skills, can do attitude, reliable, good work ethic, know how to work under pressure is a plus. CA driver license is required.
