When were you late? Myself I haven’t called in or have been late in the last 5 months. Even working 6 days a week for 3 months straight. We work hard at my job, We go through temp workers like crazy because nobody wants to work hard. As the floor supervisor of the warehouse/factory, I am taking interviews to find 2 people who are mature, will be there every day. This job is WORK, and with spring and summer on the way, it gets hot because the furnace runs every day. We work 7-3:30. Our hours can change to 7-4:30 and 6a-4:30p.
