We are seeking an experienced quad-axle dump truck driver. The ideal candidate will have experience loading and hauling construction materials. We supply topsoil for many of the areas top garden centers and landscapers, as well as homeowners looking for top quality soil. We are located near Wales, Wisconsin. Job responsibilities and requirements include: ▪ Stockpiling topsoil ▪ Delivering loads to customers ▪ Running material through screening machine and loading on trucks ▪ Assisting in truck and machinery repair, ability to weld and torch a plus ▪ Excavation and light grading at job sites ▪ Truck and machinery maintenance ▪ Valid Commercial Driver’s License ▪ Current Federal DOT Medical Card ▪ Clean driving record ▪ Minimum of 2 years experience driving a dump truck ▪ Experience operating heavy machinery (loaders and dozers) ▪ Excellent organizational and time management skills ▪ Experience with Google Maps ▪ Must be able to drive a manual transmission ▪ A great attitude and willingness to learn ▪ Must be available for work Mon – Fri, plus some half day Saturdays April – October 45-50 hrs/wk ▪ Home every night for dinner The benefits include top pay starting at $30+ per hour, 401k plan, 5 paid holidays, 10 PTO/Rain days, a $6,000 bonus paid out in 1/2 in July, 1/2 in December.
