Small emotional support dog want

First I can only have one dog pre landlord will only approved one.I don't really good what breed it is.I do like Chihuahua Boston terrier pin pin rat terrier jack Russell but any small dog will work.would prefer house train dog.Have a fence back yard would be a indoor dog only.would have all the love and attention I have.I all ready have a bed blankets toys that was left from my dog that passed away from old age.the new dog has to be good with cats for there are two cats that lives here.if you have a small dog please email me and send a pictures
