Position: Landscaping and Lawn Care Team Member We are looking for hard-working landscape and lawn care Team members that want to grow with our company and show up to work everyday. Landscaping Career (NOT a Dead End Job) (Marysville,Lake Stevens, Arlington) Compensation: $18 per hour plus bonuses, profit sharing, and 2 weeks Paid Time Off Employment type: Full-time Join our growing Team!! You will have a base $ per hour pay PLUS the opportunity to earn more each day! Average pay for first year Team members is $20-22/hr. We are looking for hard-working landscape and lawn care Team members that want to grow with our company and show up to work everyday with a purpose. We have franchised our business and now have 30+ locations nationwide. Within 3 years of starting employment, most of our Team members become business owners or managers within the company. Our goal is to develop our talent and skills as professionals. Requirements: --Team Player --Non-Smoker --Reliable Transportation, Valid Drivers License, Smartphone --Able to Pass Background Check and Drug Test --Clean Driving Record --Capable of Hard/Outdoor Physical Labor --(Preferred) 1 Year Minimum Of Landscape/Mowing Experience at a Company Starting Wage: $18 per Hour Plus Bonuses Based on Performance Benefits: 2 Weeks Paid Time Off and Profit Sharing March to November Full Time Work Go to and submit your resume.
