JOB SUMMARY: Local distribution center looking for an eCommerce Area Manager. POSITION REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year's supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year's Logistics Management experience OR 2 years' Logistics experience OR 2 years' supervisory experience • 1 year's Microsoft Office experience Candidates with a maintenance background (ie; mechanical, electrical, automation, building maintenance, plumbing, welding, construction, etc…). PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES: • Communicate with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g. customers, suppliers, associates). • Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns • Implement the business plan for area of responsibility • Maintain quality and safety standards in area of responsibility • Monitor and manage productivity of area of responsibility • Supervise and develop associates and leaders in area of responsibility SCHEDULE AND PAY: • Salary position • $75,000 depending on experience • Shifts may vary For immediate consideration apply online at: Resource is an Equal Opportunity Employer EEO AA M/F/Vet/Disability and a drug free workplace.
