Bob Oates Sewer and Rooter is looking for an experienced concrete finisher/ lead to head flatwork restoration for our excavation department. We are a sewer and drain repair company that is running 5 excavation repair crews working 5 days a week excavating sidewalks, patches, street panels etc. We are in need of a concrete installer to come behind the sewer crews and install/repair concrete that had been removed. We are looking for someone who is Self-Motivated Driven Punctual Time oriented Organized Efficient Minimal Management needed Team Player Training Job Requirements * Prep work for concrete to include but not limited to concrete removal in the public Right of Way, Residential area. * Installing a compactable base to prevent settling * Forming * Scheduling concrete truck * Haul and disposal * Pouring and finishing to S.D.O.T specification (Sidewalks, Street Panel, Apron’s) * Hand mixing for smaller projects * Ability to do other things if needed during slow times * Perform labor tasks with excavation crew when necessary * Hand & Excavator removal Compensation * Pay DOE * 2 weeks paid vacation * 100% employee paid medical, dental, vision (employer pays 100%) * 401k with employer match * Boot allowance * Uniform’s * Family friendly community For those finishers who don’t have excavator operator experience, we are willing to train for the right applicant.
