Register to volunteer at this fun, family-friendly event! Movie TBD! These are the volunteer opportunities for our Spirit of Sport: Under the Stars event on May 1, 2021. The program begins at 8:45 PM; each volunteer job requires a different start time. Volunteer shifts will be completed at the beginning of the movie. Goody Bags/Donation Collections: Please arrive at 7:20 PM Four people are needed to assist with handing out goodie bags to attendees as they arrive for the event. Help with collecting the donations given at the end of live program and before the movie. Set Up and Tear Down Stage: Please arrive at 6:30 PM Assist with set up of staging elements (lights, banners, AV equipment, etc.). As soon as live program has ended, tear down. These people will also assist with holding banners in place in case of weather. Live Stream to Facebook: Please arrive by 7:50 PM One person is needed to help stream the live portion of the program to Facebook. AV Assistant: Please arrive by 7:30 PM One person needed to operate walkie talkie and assist communication between ground and tech booth. You may be asked to come for a dry run/site visit.Thank you for taking time out of your busy day to make this event a success. Please also register for the event so we know how many cars are coming.
