Looking for a small dog

I’m looking for a small dog under 25 lbs that’s at least 6 months old but under 7 years old. That’s either a Lhasa Apso, Shih Tzu, Maltese, Yorkie, Havanese, Bichon Frise can be a mix such as Chipoo, Havashire, Maltipoo, Morkie, Havipoo etc. Under $600 that is very low shedding. I don’t need any pedigree paperwork not looking to breed. I do require veterinary records of all vaccinations to make sure the dog is healthy. I own my own house in Lake Stevens with a big backyard yard that’s fully fenced. I work from home and can provide a happy home. Willing to travel up to 4 hours for pick up. Please no scams I’ve gotten a lot of those. I will want to do a meet and greet in a public place. Thank you for your help.
