Farm Days is a new program designed to teach children about the responsibilities of managing a small farm. Kids today are growing up in a world run by technology, and lack the opportunity to get their hands dirty! They’ll learn about caring for horses and chickens, as well as the rewards that go with it. Activities range from feeding critters, collecting eggs, grooming and riding horses, arts and crafts, gardening and more! Along the way kids will also be gaining skills in both communication and teamwork. Spots available Thursdays. Ages 8 and up! Due to Distance Learning, I know schedules are strange. This is a $50, 2 hour long program, but time has not been set yet since I’m not sure what time slots are most convenient for parents. I’m looking forward to making this work! Different days/hours may be possible in the near future, including weekends.
