John Gabaldon, urban shaman will perform a full moon sound bath with breathwork and guided meditation John Gabaldon, urban shaman will perform a full moon "sound bath", bringing sounds of a crystal harp, crystal bowls, Native American Flute, Tibetan bowls, mouth harp, crystal harp, drums, gong and many other instruments, creating a sound healing session and guided meditation for participants after some shamanic breath work and stretching. He will additionally have two other sound healers helping with the soundbath. Location is at a private house in the back yard - only a few slots available as social distancing/facemasks will be in place. BRING: mat, blankets/pillow cover as well during sound bath and water. There are very few slots available-- all tickets must be purchased in advance if available. PARKING: park on Hollywood Blvd (west or east of Gardner Street) and then walk up to Gardner past church and a few houses and enter through driveway on your right side (there will be a sign) directly to the backyard :) Socially distanced and outdoors
