Innovative design/build contractor is looking for superintendent/working foreman to manage multiple projects. Responsibilities include supervising construction crew of 4-5 workers. This is an excellent, hardworking crew that needs a leader. Other responsibilities include material acquisition, subcontractor management, daily reports, and contract administration. Must have minimum 10 years of serious construction/management experience. No drugs, no alcohol abuse.
