Parts Runner/Parts mirror matcher The CARSTAR Collision Repair Center in Arvada is currently seeking to hire an auto body Parts Runner/Parts Mirror Matcher The Parts Assistant will assist the parts department with picking up parts throughout the day from various parts vendors. The Parts Runner will: * Inspect each part picked up for accuracy and damage * Store all received parts with proper repair orders * Deliver parts to proper technicians/departments accurately and on time * Maintain an overall parts return to less than 20% * Work closely with, and assist Estimators to timely acquire correct parts for all vehicles in the repair process * Assist with the posting of invoices, and return of unnecessary parts and ensuring credit is received * Mirror Matching parts to assure accuracy of parts to old and broker parts during the repair process Required hours -- Monday -- Friday 7:45 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m.; Optional Saturdays 8:00 a.m. - noon Required Experience: * High School diploma required, collision vocational graduate preferred. * Experience utilizing a computer for parts entry and linking of same to facility's repair management system preferred but not mandatory. Skills & Abilities Requirements: * Reliable work history, attendance and punctuality * History of working independently without close supervision, and in a team environment * Strong attention to detail * Highly organized, able to handle multiple concurrent assignments * Must have valid driver's license and provide DMV record
