In search of small breed puppy

I am in search of a small breed puppy preferably male. It doesn't have to have papers and I am not looking to pay a ridiculous price for one. Have been looking for a while with no luck other than scammers. My mother lost her chihuahua about 6 months or so ago and I have been wanting to find her a new companion. It will also be for a 7 yr old boy who wants a puppy really bad. Please help! Serious inquiries ONLY! If you do not have a puppy that I can physically come see then stay out of my inbox.
