I am only making this post because, I have noticed an increase in ferrets being rehomed. My name is Danielle, and I am opening my home to 1 or 2 (if bonded) ferrets. I am offering as a last resort sort of thing. I am not looking to buy. I have 4 ferrets of my own in a room they free roam 24/7. They are fed a balanced raw/whole prey diet. I am fully aware of all of the health issues they are prone to have. I have vet references as well. I am just a ferret lover/enthusiast with space, and I know how full ferret rescues are. I know they usually spend most of their time and resources on senior ferrets. I figure offering space in my home would be great idea! I don't even mind to foster for someone, too! (in between homes or jobs, but don't want to give your babies up without trying? Give me a try!) I am open to signing contracts/agreements with people if necessary etc, I have nothing to hide. Maybe you just have questions? I can also answer any questions you may have about caring for these ferrets. I plan to do a lot more in the community in regards to informing people how to properly take care of these guys. Covid has put a wrench in it for now. I was know as a like the ferret go-to person where i am originally from and I would just love to get back to that eventually :)
