I’m not a therapist, and this isn’t therapy. It’s not about digging into the past, but about finding more peace and contentment in your everyday life now.

The coaching is completely free. I don’t expect you to provide a testimonial.
The session will last 45 minutes to an hour and will take place on Zoom. You are welcome to record it.
