Primary Responsibilities • Have an understanding of the HydroCare process, and be able to explain process and answer customer questions, as needed. • Follow clear expectations directed by supervisor, roll out and organize tools on jobsite. • Perform cleaning services as scheduled and ensure quality control. • Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers. Position Requirements • Effective written and oral communication • Basic math skills • Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred • High school diploma/GED • Valid drivers license and dependable transportation to HydroCare office • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance • Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects • Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law Generous Pay Rate DOE + per year Please visit our website, www.hydrotn.com, for additional information. Our typical schedule is Monday through Friday. Expected weekend days off are Saturday and Sunday. Times of service can fluctuate with an occasional Saturday.
