I found a very sick long hair cat black or brown and white with a spot on his nose.I guess he. This cat has some terrible eye issues one cant close the other cant stay open.after weeks of fighting with the shelter he is finally going to get help.If this is your cat you need to come forward and explain how he got in this shape.All the hair on his tail was missing to.I really hope he's chipped.You people need to do a better job with your animals for real.I had my dog,2 kids,a full time job,and no help from anyone,but I managed to keep up with her for 19 yrs,she never got away from me and for 10 of those yrs she wasn't fixed and never had puppies. All it takes is caring enough to be responsible people.
