When the owner of the bicycles observed the suspect in his backyard trying to break the locks off the bikes, he confronted the suspect and scared him off. The victim was able to take a photo of the back side of the suspect as he was fleeing the area. The victim exchanged intimate photos with a woman online earlier this evening. She threatened to forward the images to all of his contacts on Facebook if he did not pay her $500. After he paid, the suspect threatened him once again for another $500.
