We're kick starting you on a 3 mile Training Program for all levels!
This class will provide everything you need to have more confidence toward reaching your goal, whether that is to run 3 miles, walk 3 miles, or a combination of running and walking!

The class will be led by:

Leah Hazelwood and Tiffany Allen, Nurse Practitioner, with Triad Lifestyle Medicine
Following the class, you will have the option to complete day 1 of training with the group!
