The Menu will be a Collaboration from Chef Paul Cressend and the following restaurants:
Market Place Restaurant Chef De Cuisine Josh Armbruster providing Locally Sourced Grilled Veggies
Rosetta's Kitchen Jenn Garrett providing vegan cornbread
Twisted Laurel Chef Sean Ashbridge, sous chef at Twisted Laurel is doing mac and cheese
Baba Nahm Chef Laura will be making fresh French Demi baguettes
Avenue M Executive Chef Andrew McLeod is doing andouille sausage
Devil's Foot Beverage Ben and Devil's foot Beverage Company will be sponsoring the event and donating cans of their drinks
Chef Paul Cressend will be doing vegan red beans and rice
Chef's Paul Cressend and Chef Matt Grush of Grush's Dino Cajun Grill will be mixing up and slinging the low country boil provided by Lousianna Crawfish Company & Mother Ocean Seafood Company
