Join us to do a cleanup in City Park New Orleans near the Pan American Stadium and Wisner Underpass. Join us to clean up at City Park New Orleans. Keeping City Park clean and beautiful for our citizens to enjoy is one goal of the event. The work will also help improve the health of the Mississippi River. Picking up trash can help prevent it from washing into the bayou and ending up in the river. Volunteer and community service hours will be documented at the event, upon request! Masks and social distancing required during the event, for all partcipants. Attendees will have temperature scanned at check-in booth. If you are showing any symptoms of COVID-19 please stay home and do not attend. You can also sign up to receive info about the Blessed Earth Southeast #LivingWaters program and the 1 Mississippi River Citizens program. Planting trees and cleanup events help protect and restore the Mississippi River and the surrounding watershed. We hope to see you there!
