There will be a season ending bonus of $500!!! Season ends on Labor Day. JOB SUMMARY: • Meet production requirements in a timely manner • Processing, cutting, packaging, sealing and wrapping corn on an assembly line • Operate machinery as needed • Work with lead and supervisor to solve problems • Other Duties As Assigned EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: At least one (1) year assembly line or related experience and basic machine operation and maintenance experience. QUALIFICATIONS: • Team player • Strong attention to detail • Speak and read conversational English • Reliable attendance record • Able to work in a cold/ wet environment 33-38 degrees • Ability to lift 50lbs RESPONSIBILITIES: • Ensure the proper production of produce generated by Charlie's Produce. • Ensure the timely production of products ordered. • Work as a team to accomplish maximum productivity • Follow and respect all company policies and food safety regulations adopted by Charlie's Produce • Responsible for Quality and Food Safety.
