Looking for a Recurring Handy Person / Gardener / Painter

We have worked with gardeners before but want something more regular and don't want to have to work with a bunch of different people at irregular times. Really want just one person that is willing to do the work over a long period of time since we don't have the money to do it all at once. This will mostly be yard work, but can include repairs, painting, tile work - It will include pruning Giant Birds of Paradise, Pomegranate, Lemon tree, Orange tree, mango, - We have cement stairs that are cracked so someone that can fix cement, we would buy the materials and tools, we would need your help to know what to buy - Powerwashing the outside of the house. The first few times would be a trial period we are flexible weekend or weekday for now. If you have pictures of your previous work send them over and we can talk.
