Join us at Vortex Church for a special communion service as we remember the Cross of Jesus Easter is a powerful reminder of the power of God over sin, death, and the grave. This year we're taking an entire week to focus on the last week of Jesus. This will include our first ever in-person Good Friday services. Good Friday is remembered as the day that Jesus was crucficed and died. It's a somber, but sobering, moment. We don't want to rush by that. Instead, we want to lean into that moment this year and get all that God has for us out of it. At our Good Friday services, you can expect: Reflective worship to get your hearts focused on Jesus A Cross-focused message to get our minds reflecting on Jesus' sacrifice Communion as we reflect on what this means for us We know this time together will be very beneficial to you, and we are praying for God to move in your hearts as we celebrate Easter together this year! We are not ticketing our Easter Sunday services. Times for Easter Sunday are: 7:30am - 9am -10:30am - 6pm (Downtown Only) --------------------------------- We also realize that there are a lot of questions about joining us in-person. We want you to know that we indeed take the worldwide pandemic of COVID-19 seriously and take precautions to make sure that you and your family will be safe. We are making these adjustments to serve you better during this season... We are making sure your experience will be SPACIOUS. We are reducing the capacity through this ticketing system. This means we're only making space for about 70% of the auditorium's seating capacity. We are doing what we can to ensure that you will be SAFE. Our volunteers out front will be wearing masks and have adopted a more "touch-free" approach to welcoming you home. Our volunteers serving in Vortex Kids will be wearing masks and following some simple, common-sense safety precautions to keep our kids, volunteers, and facilities safe.
