Make authentic fresh Italian pasta in different sizes and shapes. Learn the secret of pasta making, mixing, kneading, rolling, cutting and cooking the pasta all together! We will be eating our own creation together, so come hungry!
Please note that this class will be in the backyard and please wear a mask.

Native Italian, Diana Testa owner of Italian cooking lessons, will share her passion and culture with you while teaching you how to make authentic pasta. The simplest and best ingredients together with the love for ITALY will make you feel like you are in Italy for one day! Ticket price includes all supplies, ingredients, and seated meal. Drinks are excluded. Beginners are welcome! We want you to feel comfortable when visiting Cultivate and will be limiting our classes to 10 guests to allow for distancing, and continue to follow strict sanitation protocols.
Born and raised in Italy Diana lived there for most of her life. She recently moved to the USA and teaches Italian Cooking Classes. Italian Chef and Certified English as a Foreign Language teacher, she has a true passion for teaching. Having lived in five different countries and speaking five foreign languages has allowed her to embrace different cultures incorporating them in my cooking classes. Today, she teaches Italian Cooking, sharing her passion for food and the Italian culture.
