For pairing, forget fish vs. meat, think salty vs. sweet! Beginners and afficionados alike will love this crash course in how to pair food & wine like a somm! Discover a fascinating rule of thumb that will improve your pairing skills using basic seasonings from your spice rack. Individually boxed nibbles will be provided to pair with each wine. Scroll down for a description of each wine to be served. To ensure social distancing, this event is limited to ten (10) participants. All participants are required to wash or sanitize their hands and wear a mask upon entry. Raymond Sauvignon Blanc Aroma: Our 2019 Curated Collection North Coast Sauvignon Blanc opens with lime and lemon citrus aromas with a touch of orange blossom. Palate: Bright flavors of stone fruit, gooseberry and lychee are accented by notes of minerality. The finish is long and racy with balanced acidity. DeLoach "OFS" Chardonnay Aromas: This beautiful Chardonnay opens with floral aromas of orange blossom, Bartlett pear and notes of vanilla. Palatte: Crisp flavors of green apple, nectarine and mango coat the palate with great minerality that is reminiscent of the finest California Chardonnays. Frenchie Collage Red Blend Aroma: Opening with vibrant aromas of raspberry, baked blueberry pie and a touch of rose petal, this is a rich and complex wine. Palate: Bright red fruit flavors of cherry, strawberry and pomegranate are complemented with nutmeg and a touch of cedar. Balanced acidity is matched by fine tannins and a long, satisfying finish.
