Join Aaron May and his celeb-u-chef friends, as they cook up some never-before- had-food in Phoenix in a gorgeous outdoor setting. Each chef will be preparing some of their most famous dishes and creating new offerings, just for the guests. Local hot sauce maven, Jacob Cutino of Cutino Sauces, will also be unveiling his next monthly “throw back” sauce at the event, as well as working with each chef to pair his various sauces with their offerings on the day. Their will fun activations to help guests digest in between bites. From tattoo artists, to cigar rollers, to spirit sampling, and photo booths to just name a few. On the Ocotillo stage, DJ Irie, Resident DJ for the Miami Heat, will be keeping the crowd moving and there might even be a few other surprise guests.From Todd English’s Truffle-Fontina Pizzetta, Seared Snake river wagyu, foie gras espuma, to Goan Pork Sliders from the Badmaash Brothers- Arjun & Nakul Mahendro, to OG NY bagels, lox and caviar from the Little Pickle —there will be something for everyone INCLUDING vegan options. Local mixologist Casey Wallin will be creating the cocktails for the event and for the less adventurous, there will be beer, and wine too. Sanitization The event organizers will have enhanced sanitization protocols in place to ensure all areas are routinely cleaned and sanitized. Sanitization and handwashing are encouraged throughout your time at event. Guests are permitted to bring their own sanitizer from home. Masks/Face Coverings Masks are required at all times, both indoors and outdoors, with limited exceptions. Exceptions include:• Medical Conditions that make wearing a mask difficult• Children under the age of 2• While actively eating or drinkingGuests should bring their own CDC approved face covering or cloth mask from home. Per CDC guidelines, a face shield is not an appropriate substitute for a face covering. Masks will be provided by the event to those guests who do not bring their own. Masks should fit snugly around the sides of the face and cover your nose, mouth and chin. Masks must be affixed prior to arrival at the entrance. Prior to Arrival Those who feel ill or are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 will not be admitted. Please check your temperature before arrival to confirm you do not have a fever of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or more. Arrival Upon arrival to the event, each guest will be subject to a thermal screening and health questionnaire. Once guests receive an admissible result, they will proceed through standard security checks and bag search in a safe and socially distant manner. The health and safety of all associated with our event continues to be our No. 1 priority. An extensive set of COVID-19 health and safety measures developed in conjunction with CDC guidelines have been implemented to promote a safe environment and quality experience. This includes the 3 W's: Wear a Mask, Watch Your Distance, and Wash Your Hands. It takes the steadfast participation of everyone on-site to ensure a safe environment for all. Social Distancing It is important that everyone on-site practices social distancing in order to help maintain a safe environment. While on-site, pay attention to visual and verbal cues for capacity, directional flow and viewing area guidelines. Social distancing will lead the way.
