MARIN COUNTY, CA — Drought conditions have prompted Marin County water agencies to consider conservations measures in the coming weeks, The Marin Independent Journal reports The Marin Municipal Water District, which serves the vast majority of Marin County residents will meet to discuss potential actions at its April 6 meeting according to the report. Mandatory conservation orders such as those enacted from 2013-2017 are on the table according to the report. The district could also enact voluntary conservation orders, the report said. The North Marin Water District is considering similar actions, the report said. Marin is not alone.
