On a scale of 1 to 10, I'm a 4. I work slow because I don't want to mess up. I work slow because I'm trying to do things right the first time and not waste time to do it the second or third time. I have about 3,000 hours - spread out over the last 5 years. I've operated a variety of machines on various tasks - foundations, utility trenches, footers and grading. I've never rolled a machine, never hit a house or vehicle, never hit a person. I don't have any criminal history, no dui's, no drugs, no gambling debts, no arrests.
