Looking for old properties to metal detect

I am a local metal detectorist looking for older properties to hunt. Typically 1940's and older. Favorite sites are residences, churches, stores, schools, etc. I am respectful of property and try to be as neat and thorough in digging small plugs. We can make any arrangement you'd like. You can keep anything of value found if you wish, I only ask that I be allowed to record it (pictures, video) and perhaps conduct some research and cleaning prior to delivering it to you. I may also release video of the finds on my YouTube channel for "Bottle Cap Poppie". I also try to locate lost metal items, typically jewelry. Thank you!
