Our volunteers make this event happen and we'd love to have you come out and support Oklahoma’s Premier Scottish / Irish Festival Our volunteers make this event happen and we'd love to have you come out and support Oklahoma’s Premier Celtic Music Festival and Highland Games. Volunteers will help in various areas such as sell beverages, take tickets, assiting in the various areas of the Highland Games or even help in the kids glen while having a great time listening to some of the best of Celtic rock and folk music from around the globe!  We want you to know how much we truly appreciate your time so we are stepping up our game this year. We've increased our volunteer check-in crew and have added a special line for volunteers to get onsite and checked in. When you check-in for your first shift, you will receive your very own Scotfest Swag Bag! This will include your exclusive "Kilty Pleasure" Scotfest Volunteer t-shirt, bottle of water and snack, PLUS TWO DRINK TOKENS FOR EVERY SHIFT YOU WORK! You also get free admission to enjoy the event at the conclusion of your shift! Signup before Labor Day to guarantee your shirt size is available!  Volunteer Signup Party! Join us Thursday, August 20 @ 6:30 p.m. at Wyndham located just off 41st and Hwy 169. We will have plenty of refreshments and beverages for your enjoyment. We will run you through some quick training, event information and set expectations. You can meet, greet and socialize with your new fellow teammates and the Scotfest board, a perfect networking opportunity in making valuable connections, partners and friendships.  If you are interested in becoming more involved with Scotfest throughout the year please do not hesitate to contact us, we have several openings on varies committees!  HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT By volunteering to work the SCOTFEST event, you hereby agree for yourself, your successors and assignees, to indemnify and hold harmless SCOTFEST, Inc and/or the City of Broken Arrow, from all claims, lawsuits or any other action for personal injuries, including death, and damages to property, real or personal, caused by your individual/organization, and/or acts or omissions of SCOTFEST, Inc and/or the City of Broken Arrow, arising out of your individual/organization's involvement in SCOTFEST, and from all judgments and costs incurred in relation to said claims and lawsuits, and from all expenses incurred in defending said claims or lawsuits. The individual/clan/ society/organization named herein, including any successors, heirs and/or assigns hereby releases SCOTFEST, Inc and/or the City of Broken Arrow, all Sponsors and Officials, including their agents and employees, from liability, from any claim it might otherwise have for participating in SCOTFEST, including, but not limited to, any claim for personal injury or physical impairment or other claim of any type, arising out of participation or involvement in this event. By volunteering to work the SCOTFEST event, you also agree to indemnify and hold harmless those released above from any such claims, damages, losses and expenses, including attorney's fees and all court costs.
