Pool Maintenance Tech for Pools & Spas

Description

We are currently seeking a part-time Pool Maintenance Technician with their own reliable truck, a valid drivers license, and insurance to join our team at Pacific Pools. We have developed close-proximity pools, spas, hot tubs and water feature accounts to make daily maintenance routes economical and time-saving. All accounts are in great working order and all have automatic vacuum cleaners for efficiency.
 Responsibilities:
 * Perform routine and preventive swimming pool, hot tub, spa and fountain cleaning/maintenance
 * Provide your own reliable work truck (No SUVs/cars due to chemical exposure) and also have backup funds to rent a truck if necessary to ensure work is completed each week.
 * Complete work and repairs in a timely fashion * Estimate time and extent of repairs * Excellent customer service skills * Clean-cut professional work appearance * Maintain material and supply inventory * Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary * Daily notifications of work start time and end of day notes Qualifications preferred, but not mandatory: * Previous experience in swimming pool and spa cleaning (skimming, vacuuming, brushing etc.)
 * Experience with basic pool water chemistry balancing
 * Experience with basic hot tub/spa water chemistry balancing * Familiarity with pool and spa cleaning/maintenance tools and equipment * Familiarity with pool and spa pumps, valves, filters and automation systems * Ability to handle physical workload (must be able to lift 40lbs) * Attention to deadlines and the ability to maintain a consistent daily schedule *Detail-oriented Payment and Insurance Information: * Weekly payments * You will be required to submit a W-9 and will be paid as a 1099 subcontractor for Pacific Pools
