Description
Property Management Company seeks qualified, skilled Maintenance Technician with experience in multiple Residential and Commercial Property Maintenance.
REQUIRED
5+ years of experience as a working maintenance professional
Strong written and verbal communications skills, including email and text
Professional appearance
Strong painting and paint matching skills
Strong plumbing, electrical, carpentry and drywall experience
Must have own transportation and tools
Clean driving record
Auto insurance
References requested
Background and drug testing upon hire
This is a full time Monday through Friday position and throughout San Diego County.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Servicing Work Orders
Rent Readies
Rehab Projects
Rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies required, which includes double time pay.
Compensation based on experience.
