Out of state Investor seeking a P/T Personal Assistant Pay: $25/hr via Cash App, Venmo, Paypal Hours: Varies. More of a part time gig. No set hours. Must Have: -Valid Drivers License -Good communication skills Dress Code: -Long pants (No Rips) -Collard Shirt -Fully covered shoes for safety reasons Tasks Include: -Taking pictures of houses (Smart Phones acceptable) -Dropping off & picking up keys & contracts -Show properties to contractors -Upload pictures to a google drive Ideal Candidate: -Retired handyman or someone thats familiar with the basic functions of a house _Willing to train the right candidate ***If the house is abandoned, pictures will ONLY be taken from the safety of your car.
