Press release from Iredell County Public Library: Posted on: March 24, 2021 Posted on: March 24, 2021 The Iredell County Genealogical Society is now a part of our Local History Room The Genealogical Society of Iredell County was organized in 1977 for the purpose of collecting and preserving materials that promote interests in family history. They are now located on the top floor of the library in the Iredell Heritage Room. Their collections collections include family files, local history files, family Bibles, private collections, books, and much more. As resources are digitized we will make them available on this site.
