Join us on Saturday, April 3 for 50 minute full-body strength workout incorporating core, while mixing in endurance - hosted by Natalie of @ThisHealthyCutie. This class will focus on lengthening and strengthening the body while pumping up your heart rate.
No equipment needed just a mat and good attitude!
