Prospera Hotels, Inc. is now hiring across its entire portfolio of hotels to build strong Front Office Teams to deliver exceptional guest service. The following hotels are all walking distance to Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center: Hampton Inn & Suites, Homewood Suites, Cortona Inn & Suites, Hyatt Place and Hyatt House Anaheim Resort-Convention Center. If you are interested in being interviewed, please attend our Job Fair on Saturday, March 27, 2021 from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. at Hampton Inn & Suites Anaheim Resort, 100 W. Katella Ave., Anaheim 92802. Job Duties include: Assists Guests with check in and check out processes (verifying registration, address, and credit information, balancing bank, posting charges). Go above and beyond to provide assistance with luggage, directions, wake up calls, future reservations, etc. Coordinates all Guest requests, informs Guests of hotel services, features, and room amenities. - Prior customer service experience a must! - Knowledge of OPERA and OnQ a plus! - A passion for guest service. - An engaging personality. - The ability to contribute to a harmonious work environment. - The flexibility to work weekends and holidays. - Good computer skills. - Strong English speaking, reading and writing skills.
