Moderna and J&J/Janssen vaccine supplies are limited. Reservation and proof of eligibility are required. Vaccines are free at all locations. The following groups are now eligible (effective 3-29-21): Persons 40 years of age Persons determined to be extremely vulnerable by a physician (proof required) Health care workers with direct patient contact Long-term care facility residents and staff.
