Neptune Pools in Sugar Hill is seeking an energetic and personable team player for their busy swimming pool construction company.
Responsibilities include:
Answering and routing all incoming calls in a timely, personable, and professional manner
Assisting with filing, job records, and data entry.
Serving as a layer of support between staff and customers where needed.
Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of building and equipment by calling for repairs and maintaining equipment as needed.
Maintaining the general office supplies, including placing and expediting orders.
Providing additional assistance as needed to support both the Office Manager and Construction Coordinator.
Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Solid administrative and organizational skills
Willingness to take direction and take on new responsibilities
Reliable, punctual, self-starter
Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook)
Must be professional, accurate, and detail-oriented.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Light bookkeeping skills helpful
Required
High school graduate, some college preferred
Customer Service and/or Administrative Assistant experience a plus
Experience in the pool/construction industry a plus
This is a full-time position with hours from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
