IMMEDIATE OPENINGS We have multiple janitorial and commercial cleaning accounts across the Phoenix area that require cleaning to prepare facilities for the next business day. We are taking special interest in individuals looking for long term employment and a future leadership position. If selected you will be joining a 2 – 3 person team and will be required to perform basic janitorial duties. Before filling out the application please review the following details to ensure this job is a fit for you. Duties Include: sweeping/vacuuming, mopping, garbage collection, restroom care. Other light janitorial cleaning duties. Starting Pay: $15/hr + $150 hiring bonus after 60 days. Job Type: Part time, 4 days a week, 18-25 hours. Current Schedule: Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 5:30pm – 11:30pm AND every Sunday from 5:30AM – 10:30AM. Candidate MUST: - be at least 18 years of age or older. - adjust well to change. - be punctual and have perfect attendance. - be able to follow instructions and respond to management direction. - agree to a 2 week trial run. - be a team player who works well with others. - have personal, reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. (NOTE: we provide transportation between each facility but - you are required to have reliable transportation to meet at our starting location each day) - be able to stand, squat, twist and lift up to 30lbs throughout shift. - be able to work in a fast paced environment. - have a valid social security number and pass an e-verify AND background check. - speak fluent english and have sufficient communication skills. - be RELIABLE & TRUSTWORTHY Opportunities For Future Advancement: We are a small company still in the start up phase.
