Due to explosive growth, Closets By Design is immediately hiring for its Installer Development Program. The program is designed to develop a new employee into mastering closet and cabinet installation, in a natural sequence of steps. Representatives who display a positive, problem solving attitude and have an ability to learn, will quickly progress through the program from helper to assistant installer to lead installer. This position will work with a Lead Installer and learn the installation process of products in a safe, quality manner ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a position for someone who hustles in everything they do. Requirements: • Possess and maintain current driver’s license with a good driving record. • Experience with small hand tools is ideal. • Basic math skills. • Good communication skills. We offer: • High entry level pay, with quick promotion to commission. Our starting helpers make $15 with bonus opportunity and very quick advancement.
