Looking to hire a reliable, responsible and mature part-time person to perform plumbing and general maintenance for 24 Units in Gardena. Live on or off the property but close by. Able to install Gas water heater, faucets, drain cleaning, light electrical and any other usefull skills. Will pay $33/hour for time worked or $200 per month off apartment rent plus $25/hour for hours worked. Ok to have another job elsewhere. Must qualify to live on the property. Must have tools.
