Eco Landworks is a fast growing landscape construction company that has been in business since 2014. We have two lines of business 1) construction of residential yards and 2) landscape maintenance of commercial properties. We are looking to hire numerous talented and dedicated individuals who are interested growing their careers with us. We look for stable men and women with good character. All of our construction jobs consist of hardscape and soft-scape. We are based in Simi Valley but have jobs all over the Canejo Valley, SFV and Los Angeles. Eco Landworks is hiring for the construction and maintenance divisions. Below is a list of available positions: FOREMAN- Leading a crew of 3 to 5 men at a time on a jobsite with the ability to visit multiple jobsites in a day to ensure that the work on each jobsite is getting accomplished efficiently. This person must be able to communicate clearly to workers as well as work a job on occasion. All of our jobs include hardscape so you must be knowledgeable of cement, block, and stone. You must have 3+ years of leading others for this job and it is preferred that you have 5+ years in the green space for this position. You will report to the owner of the company. Starting compensation depending on experience $25/hr. LABOR and CONSTRUCTION LANDSCAPER - In this role the person will be responsible for the installation of irrigation lines, base materials, plants, shrubs and trees. You will need to follow the directions of the foreman as well as understand basic design plans. You will need to be able to perform demolition work and work a jackhammer. Must have 1+ year of experience in the green space for this position. Starting compensation depending on experience is $16/hr. IRRIGATION TECH - In this role you will be required to visit our maintenance accounts on a daily basis to fix and repair broken irrigation lines, valves, backflows, drip systems, control panel programming, and sprinklers. You MUST be able to solve problems. Must have 2+ years in irrigation for this position. Starting compensation depending on experience is $21/hr. MAINTENANCE - In this role you will be required to tend to existing plant material at commercial properties. Your job will be to insure that plants are watered and maintained. You will need to be able to identify issues and report them to your superior for correction. You will need to fertilize, plant, repair basic irrigation issues, and keep equipment in good working order. Starting compensation depending on experience is $16 - $20/hr. These jobs require physical labor. You must be able to lift 50+ pounds when necessary. You must be able to dig trenches and holes when necessary. You must be able to carry materials such as cinder block and plant materials. You may be required to stretch and reach for things.
