We are looking for an experienced Repairs and Maintenance Technician to join our team in various parts of Los Angeles. Individual must have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. This position requires traveling various properties located all around the city. Some duties will include but not limited to; completing maintenance service requests, appliances repairs, electrical repairs,dry wall,painting, flooring, plumbing, apartment turnovers, renovations, cleaning grounds etc.. Qualifications: *Prefer at least 2 years experience in Multifamily or relevant maintenance experience a must! *Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success. *If you are skilled in one area over others, thats fine, we are looking for service techs that specialize in the following trades as well - Plumbing - HVAC - Electrical - Drywall Paint - Roofing We offer - Plenty of OT is available - Health Insurance ( Dental and vision programs) - Training for C-Class licenses - Mileage and car insurance (commercial coverage difference) _________________________________________________________________________________________________ Estamos buscando a técnicos de reparación y mantenimiento para unirse a nuestro equipo en varias partes de Los Angeles.
