Mobility technician wanted to make a difference in the lives of our customers.
What you can expect:
• Diagnose, install and repair electronic and/or mechanical components for mobility equipment
• Communicating with customers regarding concerns and resolutions
• Training/educating customers and caregivers in the proper use, care and safety of products and equipment
• Working with manufacturers' tech support to troubleshoot and identify required parts for repairs
• Completing necessary documents in a timely and accurate manner
• Deliver products or vehicles to customers
• Monday thru Friday work schedule
What you need to succeed:
• Drive to provide best-in-class service to our customers
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Possess a valid State Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to learn in-house operational systems
• Experience using hand and power tools, must have own tools
• Mechanical and situational problem solving abilities
• Ability to utilize basic electronic devices
• Organizational skills
• Work independently with little to no supervision
• High School diploma/GED required
