Bring your outgoing personality and positive attitude and join our team. Positions are seasonal with up to 40 hours per week from mid March through end of June. The right person will be skilled with: -Load and unload trucks -Must be reliable and dependable and a self-starter and work independently -Strong ability to multi-task -Passion for teamwork -Able to work in a fast-paced environment and in all weather and temperature conditions -Heavy lifting required (25-50 lbs. or more on a regular basis) - including loading/unloading plants/trees/shrubs from trucks, into customer vehicles, etc. -Remove and restock inventory -Maintain cleanliness and safety of equipment and the facility -Work collaboratively with all departments on a regular basis -Forklift experience preferred, but will train Company-wide standard: -Must love greeting and engaging in conversation with people, while delivering exceptional customer service. -Communicate and work effectively as a team contributor with employees, customer, vendors, and visitors. --Must provide a clean and professional appearance. -Ambitious, hard-working, high energy, while always smiling. -Take pride in your work and have a positive attitude. -You are always wanting to learn and grow professionally. -Always reliable, dependable, and eager to come to work. -There is often a need for the ability to work a flexible schedule in order to accommodate customer needs.
