Job Title: Housekeeper/ Cleaner Hours: Part time | Sunday - Thursday 9am-1pm Apartment Housekeepers are responsible for the following job duties below. Must have excellent customer service experience and must have at least 2 year of Housekeeping Experience with an Apartment Community or Hotels. Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times. Job Duties: · Clean rooms, lounges, lobbies, bathrooms and hallways · Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready. · Meticulously maintains curb appeal. · Vacuum and wash carpets and rugs · Empty wastepaper baskets and ashtrays. · Transport trash to waste disposal equipment. · Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis. · Dust and polish wooden surfaces and furniture. · Replace light bulbs and repair fixtures.
