Description

It is with a heavy heart that I have decided to rehome one of my two bonded pairs of rats. Omlette and Arya (Both fancy)- these guys are sisters in probably about a year old. They are both name trained, 100% litter trained, Arya spins and plays fetch and Ommy will groom your hand for hours! they are super friendly, have never bit and will actively seek you out. They have also grown up with my dog and have no fear of other animals. Aria is a strict alpha and does not get along well with other rats besides Omelet. Baby and Padme (Dumbo and Double Rex)- baby is about four months old and Padme maybe six or less. they are also both name trained, litter trained and Padme knows the sound of food or the fridge opening and will come running. Baby loves to explore and is super vocal, we took her to the vet but it’s not an infection she just likes to squeak! Both of them are also super friendly and enjoy being held, Padme in particular. Over the last month or so a pretty big rift has occurred between the two groups. I now house them independently but it’s clear that this is stressful for both parties and I think it’s in their best interest to rehome one group. They live in a two-story critter nation with a removable bioactive base. I will be downsizing and I’m happy to give this cage to you as well. It is really important to me that they go to a home where they can get outside the cage time and engagement. Padme and baby would probably be fine with other rats but omelette and aria need to be the only rats in the home. Please message me for more information and I don’t mind driving any distance for the right home. I can also deliver the cage as well (if wanted) but be warned it is large.
